1. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Every order is processed within 24 hours. The average delivery time is 7–14 days.

We ship directly from our trusted suppliers to reduce unnecessary transport steps, packaging waste, and extra costs.

2. IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes. All orders are shipped free of charge. No minimum order amount is required.

3. WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order via our Track & Trace page.

Tracking usually becomes available 2–3 days after your order has been placed.

4. MY TRACKING IS NOT UPDATING YET. IS THAT NORMAL?

Yes, this can be normal. Tracking usually becomes active once the carrier has scanned the parcel. This can take 2–3 days.

5. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be approved before being sent.

6. WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

7. WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blue-coconut.com with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

8. WHERE DO I SEND A RETURN?

Returns must not be sent without approval. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the correct return instructions and return address.

9. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
