Because we choose a more sustainable delivery process, your order may take a little longer to arrive, but it allows us to keep our prices fair, reduce unnecessary emissions, and create a smarter way to shop together.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing begins once we receive your order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification with the tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:
• 5–10 business days: International shipping for standard items
• 7–12 business days: International shipping for larger items

Warehouse Location
Our logistics partners ship directly from our main fulfilment centre and trusted suppliers to ensure the fastest and most sustainable delivery possible.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BlueCoconut cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the product amount (excluding any shipping costs) and you may place a new order with the correct address.
