At BlueCoconut, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days.
  • Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs (unless the product is faulty or incorrect). We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blue-coconut.com with: your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

    Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement, repair, or refund (depending on the situation). We’ll also cover reasonable return-shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label. Please do not return any products before receiving our confirmation and instructions.

    Exchanges
    If you’d like a different item, size, or color, we recommend returning your current item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and product availability.

    Return Conditions
    All returns must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and sent to the address we confirm by email (in most cases our warehouse in China). Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.

    Your Consumer Rights
    Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights. Customers are entitled to remedies under applicable consumer-protection laws, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty or not as described.

    Return Form Requirement
    Every return must include a fully completed BlueCoconut Return Form. This form must be placed inside the package together with the returned item(s) and sent to the return address indicated on the form.
