Why has my order been canceled?

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order — as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- Every return must include a completed BlueCoconut Return Form.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or item, simply return your order and place a new one.

- Send your parcel to the return address we provide by email (usually our warehouse in China).

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@blue-coconut.com with:
- Your order number
- A few photos of the issue
- A short description of what went wrong
We’ll then offer a replacement, repair, or refund, and cover the return shipping costs if it’s our mistake.
If the item simply isn’t what you expected (for example: wrong size, colour or you’ve changed your mind), you can still return it under our 30-day Peace of Mind Guarantee.
In that case, the return shipping costs are yours, and once the product is received and checked, we’ll process your refund.
